Friday, December 14, 2018 – Istituto Italiano di Cultura (NYC). The Italian multifaceted artist Neri Marcorè (actor, dubber, imitator, TV presenter and singer) makes his New York debut with an evening dedicated to his region, Marche. In a conversation with director Giorgio Van Straten, Marcorè will recall his entire career, from his first impersonations, to his acting performances, until his more recent successes as a singer. He will conclude with a short performance, following a discussion about the “Risorgi Marche” music festival and other projects aimed at bringing back life in the communities devastated by the 2016 earthquake. This event will be in Italian, is organized in collaboration with MIA – Marchigiani in America – and is endorsed by the Marche Region.
